How I fell in love with coding?

After deciding to follow the "traditional" Front End Developer route, I started off with learning HTML5 then moving onto CSS, I felt suprisingly happy with my understanding of these languages, and how well I was picking them up..
When I began learning Javascript, I started to realise how putting together a basic program worked similar to in some ways to how the components of a motor vehicle engine come together to form a whole.
This goes hand in hand my interest in engines and how they work.
As I moved on to more complex coding projects, the rush of seeing my creations come alive and squashing those pesky bugs was feeling great. Plus, it sparked my creative side big time, making me a logical ninja in everyday life!

Various tech devices such as a Laptop, keyboard, a computer mouse, headphones, and a book about learning to code

Other Hobbies

I love playing guitar, I own both electric and Acoustic guitars, stick a song book in front of me and I can play a good few songs.
My main influnces are:
Jimi Hendrix, Led Zepplin, Nirvana. The playing style that comes most natural to me is fingerpicking, a good example of this is the Led Zeppelin song - Babe Im Gonna Leave You.

Old Skool Gaming

I'm really into old skool gaming, I have a huge love for games from around the late 90's early 2000's era. I have a modern games console, an Xbox One S which I acquired for a nice price in the 2018 black friday sales. What is my favourite console of all time?? Hmmm, I'd say the Nintendo 64 with the Sega Dreamcast being a close 2nd place.🙂

Truth be told i'm a big fan, my fave genres being Sci Fi, Action, Psychological thrillers, Comedy, Anime, Adventure & Horror.

I owe the majority of my knowledge at this point to teachers on the Udemy platform, most notably Colt Steele and Jonas Schmedtman

Pluralsight Online Learning Platform

Pluralsight

Helped me a lot during my early stages of learning code, I really loved their style of teaching CSS and found it easiest learning about the cascade and other CSS priciples.

CodePen.io

I have used Codepen mainly to practice code subjects I've learnt while things are fresh in my mind. Now im slowy transitioning over to uploading some of my early coding projects and refactoring them.
